Glass loading section
Loading roller
Its self-cleaning design utilizes roller rotation to automatically remove contaminants, ensuring the glass surface stays clean throughout conveying.

Water-removal air knife
A one-piece aluminum alloy air knife at the main unit inlet removes dirty water from the glass surface after rinsing, keeping it out of the cleaning section.

Nylon helical gear: lower noise & smooth transmission without oil vs. iron gear.
Conveying Motor
Motor is VFD-controlled. When no glass is detected at infeed for preset time, it slows down to standby mode, cutting power consumption by >75%.
Water circuit system
Water tank
External water tank with three independent compartments, casters at the bottom, and a concave center for efficient drainage and easy cleaning, improving overall cleaning performance.
Filter screen
A filter screen is installed at the water tank outlet to effectively trap debris.
Three-phase asynchronous motor
0.37kW, 2300r/min three-phase motor for humid environments — ideal for pumps, fans, and glass processing auxiliaries.
